Our aim is to pursue and portray boundaries and how they affect our everyday lives. We wish to explore how people seek the ability to control through the use of creating boundaries, and how we all seem to fall victim, and become the source of that need. Boundaries are physical, mental, and environmental, and through our design we will establish how and what it means to create these boundaries.

Sorry I took so long to comment on your statement. It's like I wasn't seeing it on your blog or something. My bad. Its a good statement and after meeting with you on friday, I get the fact that you are committed to exploring your theme of boundaries through design. If you wan to get into all the nitty gritty of the idea then get Tyler Volk's Metapatterns and read chapter 3 on Borders pp.51-71 (you can borrow or xerox my copy)
